Referral Agreement

This Referral Agreement ("Agreement") is made between NextDorm 31 Pte Ltd ("Company") and you ("Referrer"). By clicking "I Agree," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Definitions

• Referrer: An individual or entity referring potential customers to the Company.
• Referral: The act of recommending potential customers to the Company.
• Referred Customer: A potential customer referred to the Company by the Referrer.

Eligibility

• No agency number or formal registration is required to become a Referrer. This Agreement is based on the goodwill of referring potential customers to the Company and the Marketer.

Referral Process

• The Referrer will recommend potential customers to the Company.
• The Company will inform the Marketer that you have referred a customer.

Commission

• The Referrer may or may not receive a commission for referrals, at the discretion of the Company. The Company holds no liability if the marketer fails to pay the commission to the Referrer.

Company's Role

• The Company will acknowledge the referral and notify the Marketer that you have referred the customer.
• The Company will not be involved in any commission agreements between the Referrer, Marketer, and any third parties.

Disclosure of Information

• The Referrer agrees and allows the Company to disclose information regarding the referred customer to the Marketer.
• The Referrer acknowledges and consents to the disclosure of this information.

Confidentiality

• The Referrer agrees to protect any confidential information received from the Company and not disclose it to third parties.

Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
• Upon termination, the Referrer must cease referring customers to the Company.

Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.

Miscellaneous

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
• The Company reserves the right to modify the website content at any time without prior notice.
• The content published on this website is provided without any liability on the part of the referrer.
• If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the rest remains in effect.
