Real Estate Marketer Registration Agreement

Welcome! This Real Estate Marketer Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is made between NextDorm 31 Pte Ltd ("Dormitory Service," "the Company") and you ("Marketer"). By clicking "I Agree," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Definitions

• Marketer: A licensed real estate agent or agency registered to market our dormitory.
• Dormitory: The housing services provided by NextDorm 31 Pte Ltd.

Eligibility

• To register as a marketer, you must be a licensed real estate agent or agency in good standing.

Registration Process

• Complete the online application form. Your application is subject to approval by our team.

Obligations of the Marketer

• Perform marketing activities as described in our guidelines.
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Provide periodic updates on marketing activities.

Commission

• The commission and its payout are based on the agreement with the dormitory operator at the time of signing the agreement with the tenant. The Company holds no liability and does not set any terms regarding the commission.
• The marketer must check and confirm with the operator; the Company holds no liability in this matter.

Obligations of the Dormitory Service

• Provide marketing materials and support.

Confidentiality

• You agree to protect our confidential information and not disclose it to third parties.

Termination

• We may terminate this agreement for any reason with 30 days' notice.
• You may terminate this agreement for any reason with 30 days' notice.
• Upon termination, return all materials and settle any outstanding payments(if any).

Intellectual Property

• You may use our logos and trademarks solely for the purpose of marketing our dormitory, subject to our guidelines.

Liability and Indemnification

• We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your marketing activities. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your activities.

Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.

Miscellaneous

• This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
• The Company reserves the right to modify the website content at any time without prior notice.
• The content published on this website is provided without any liability on the part of the marketer.
• If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the rest remains in effect.
• Notices should be sent to 31@nextdorm.sg.
• Prices and services may change from time to time without notice. The marketer must check with the Company before making any commitments.
• All agreements must be signed and agreed by the Company to be valid.
